Founded in 2021, run by a team of foodies with over 50 years experience in food supply, Fresh Union supplies the finest fruit, vegetables, salads, dairy, bakery and dried foods from our New Covent Garden Market site. We offer the superior quality you demand, the expert knowledge you expect and the dependability you value in a partnership. With a team of nearly 65, we are more than just a supplier, we’re a trusted partner for chefs who demand consistency, solutions and the finest produce every day

We are SALSA certified, ‘Safe and Local Supplier Approved’. Food safety is non-negotiable for us and we take it very seriously with our in-house and third-party auditors regularly inspecting, recording and certifying all of our operations

A fully temperature controller warehouse and a fleet of 14 vans, ensure a full temperature controlled delivery from door to door
